Creative Kidz Academy is working toward becoming an accredited early learning facility. Our estimated completion date is January 2012. What does it mean to be an accredited school? All of our teachers are required to meet stringent qualifications. To be a lead teacher of a classroom, our teachers are required to have a minimum of a CDA (Child Development Associates), with several months of experience up to a bachelors degree.
In addition to the education and experience our teachers come in with, we are always looking to improve upon our solid foundations. Each year, our teachers take up to 18 hours of additional trainings offered all over mid-Missouri. Out teachers take pride in their work, and are constantly striving to enhance our children’s learning experiences.
We offer quality child care in a nurturing, clean environment. Our facility is shoe-less. The children and staff at Creative Kidz Academy wear slippers inside, cutting down on the amount of dirt and germs brought in from outside. Creative Kidz Academy serves 50%-70% natural and organic foods. We pride ourselves on the quality of nutrition we provide to the children, and make every effort to educate and make accessible the natural/organic market to our families and community.

All meals prepared on site will feature locally-grown, natural /organic and hormone free food. Our menu provides an emphasis on whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables. Parents can rest assured that not only are their children being cared for in the most stimulating physical surroundings, but they are also being nourished with the best foods for their physical and mental development.
At Creative Kidz Academy, respecting the global community means caring for the environment and embracing the diversity that makes our world so great! Whether its Yom Kippur or the Chinese New Year, Kwanza or Christmas, Creative Kidz Academy believes it is critical to educate all children about the various customs and traditions of their diverse playmates. We also believe that children should be surrounded with beautiful things, so some of our decor and play components will include culturally diverse pieces from around the world that celebrate those cultures. This will establish a solid foundation for our children to embrace collaboration and acceptance in an increasingly global economy.
