City Slickers Summer Program

Each camper may select one session. Our goal is to provide 60 youngsters between the ages of 11 and 18 with a one-week camp experience. In addition to recreational camp activities, campers will be introduced to several farm activities needed to maintain horses living on a farm. Some include learning basics of care, feeding, and grooming horses.

Campers participate in daily horse related sessions including horseback riding instruction. Peer leaders, all experienced riders and horse handlers, are part of this program and serve as assistants to the adult staff counselors and instructors.
