The C.A.R.E. Core Youth Enrichment Program is an out-of-school-time program that provides high quality services to children in kindergarten through the eighth grade during crucial after-school hours and the summer. Our major goal is to help children maximize their potential make the most of their talents, abilities, skills and resources.
