Fully licensed by Missouri State Child Care Bureau, the Frances Rittenhouse Learning Center is dedicated to providing a warm and nurturing atmosphere as well as an exciting and educational environment for children of all ages. Providing excellent child care for almost 25% of the children in Taney County receiving state subsidies, the Learning Cen-ter offers a unique, early educational experience in a safe, creative and supportive environment. We know that young children learn best when they are directly involved in exploring their environment through play. Our classrooms are divided into learning areas that guide children into self-initiated discoveries.
