Christ The King Early Childhood

Founded in 1960, Christ the King Lutheran School’s mission is equipping children for Christian leadership.

Equipping Christian Leaders in all areas of our school ministry – Academics, Service, Arts, and Athletics – by:

• Preparing children for their next level of academic experience
• Providing developmentally appropriate instruction for all learners that allows access to opportunities and offers flexibility.
• Ensuring that academics is not limited to retention or recitation of facts, but also includes opportunities for students to grow in thinking skills and knowledge through hands-on and enrichment activities.
• Providing organizational support and encouragement from teachers, Advanced Honors offerings in middle school and remedial assistance so that all students achieve excellence in academics, service, and spiritual development.
• Cultivating appreciation of arts and music that exercises the mind and encourages exploration of individual talents.
• Effective and frequent use of technology to engage students in learning, creating, and communicating.
