Welcome to Childcare Network in Elon. My name is Caroline Davis and I am the school Director. I hold two Associate Degrees, one in Early Childhood Education and the other in Culinary Arts. I began working at this location in 1998 as the dietician and then began my management career as the Assistant Director in 2001 and I am currently the Director of our school. Over my 18 years, I have gained the experience and knowledge needed to move upward into this wonderful position. I have been in the childcare field for 32 years in some form or another.
I am the mother of one child (Courtney). I am a very active member of my church, where I work with the youth as well. I wear many hats in various organizations but, my favorite is the kitchen committee chairperson, I get to be creative in preparing meals for as many as 250 people. I love working with children and getting the hugs and kisses each day and building relationships with my families. We are just like family here!
The children enrolled in our programs are excited about learning! Childcare Network focuses on the social, emotional and physical development of every child in our care. Our teachers offer a nurturing learning environment for our children and their families based on the exciting curriculum we offer. Our children are encouraged to learn through play so they not only gain knowledge but will retain what they have learned because it is fun and exciting to them. The children also learn how to develop problem solving skills which will also help them develop into successful independent individuals.
