Hello! My name is Camille Johnson, the school director. I have been in child care for over 18 years and with Childcare Network for more than 5 years. My favorite thing about being a Director is having the ability to be a part of each child-s growth, and being able to assist families in the community with the start of their child’s early education foundation.

Our preschool is an accredited 3-Star school that takes pride in providing a safe and quality learning environment. Our children enjoy two nutritious meals and an afternoon snack every day. This is not only a convenience for parents, but also keeps the children energized throughout their day. Our school strives to create a warm, loving, and healthy environment for the children, parents and staff. We reinforce our daily structured learning and activities with lessons on healthy eating and anti-bullying. It is important to us to be involved in the community and to educate them on the benefits of healthy eating and exercise starting at a young age. Positive self image is a huge part of social and emotional development in our youth. Unfortunately, bullying starts as young as toddlers and has a negative effect on a child-s self confidence. We reinforce these concerns with our parents, children and staff and encourage constant involvement in the children-s daily activities. Our Kindergarten Prep Academy (Kindergarten readiness program) operates on a full day, full year schedule for children ages 4-5 years old. Our Pre-K curriculum provides a unique balance of standards-based on class room support materials. Family connection components are easy to understand, and our parents look forward to their end of the year ceremony which is celebrated with our families, friends and community supporters. Campers have a busy and educational summer with us each year. Our Adventure Summer Camp program exposes children to various themes including science, math, water and history. We take multiple field trips that are fun and exciting to include Williams Ranch for a rodeo, Braum-s Farm for a tour and to taste their ice cream, the National Cowboy Museum, and Red Earth Museum. Participation in our Summer Reading program is another way we keep those young minds active and prepared for the upcoming school year. During the school year, we offer our Young Achievers Club, which is a before and after school program. We offer homework assistance, nutritional snacks and various activities. We involve the children in making decisions about what structured activities will happen for each week. Anything from photography clubs to cooking clubs or guest speakers on various topics could happen from week to week. Come visit and give us the chance to make your visit unforgettable.
