San Andres is a Hispanic Latino Episcopal congregation; one of many in the Episcopal Diocese of New York. The Vicar of San Andres is The Rev. Yamily Bass-Choate. The Vestry which meets regularly on the first Sunday of the month is composed of nine elected lay leaders: Rene Briones Sr. Warden; Alba Guevara-Baloas Jr. Warden; Tania Salinas Treasurer; Luz Secorro Rivas Clerk of the Vestry; Carmen Bruno Carmen Chavarria Ruth Gutierrez Cerelia Nunez and Edgar Rivas. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
