The Metuchen Before and After School Care (B.A.S.C.) Program is housed right at Campbell School, and for kindergarteners, we are also right at Moss School for our K-Wrap program. Owned and operated by The B.A.S.C. Network, Metuchen B.A.S.C. has been providing before and after school care since September, 1992. B.A.S.C. is licensed by the State of New Jersey’s Department of Youth and Family Services and adheres to the quality standards set forth by the National School Age Care Alliance.

The B.A.S.C. program provides a well-planned, flexible schedule of activities in a supervised environment. Children select from a wide variety of activities including, but not limited to: indoor and outdoor play, games and sports, arts and crafts, cooking, science, rest and reading. Homework time and assistance are a part of the B.A.S.C. program. Children and parents decide if homework is to be completed during B.A.S.C. Breakfast is provided for our A.M. students and a snack is offered in the afternoon.
