The mission of Charjean Elementary School is to prepare our students in a safe nurturing environment. Our students will be prepared to read with comprehension, write effectively, and problem-solve logically. A wealth of technological resources will be used in accordance with research to enhance higher order thinking skills as students prepare for tomorrow by learning today.
Our Vision: The staff of Charjean Elementary School believes in order to achieve our mission; we must be dedicated to providing our students with quality teaching. The curriculum is comprised of a continuum of improved technology components and high expectations where all students will be able to work to his/her potential. We believe that with intensive instruction our students will experience continuous success. This success will aid students in middle school, high school, and college. We will create partnerships with parents and the community to help sustain this academic achievement. With this preparation, students will become responsible, productive citizens in our global society.
