Artesia Childrens Center is a full-day year round California State Preschool program funded by the CA Department of Education. It provides quality preschool and extended day care for income eligible families with children three to five years of age. The Childrens Center has been in operation since 1974 faithfully serving the families in the ABC Unified School District and preparing our youngest students for academic success in Kindergarten.

It is our goal to provide a developmentally appropriate educational program for preschool children that promotes:
