Creative Care is a certified, non-profit child care agency governed by a Parent Board of Directors. We pride ourself on providing year-round, quality care for children 4-12. ECC was established in 1977 and have grown our organization to 23 locations housed throught the 4J and Bethel school districts. We strive to provide opportunities for every child to express, explore, and creative in their ever changing world.
