Brighter Beginnings Learning Center’s Inc. is locally owned and operated. The owners have been providing services to the Harford County community since 1996 through outreach and educational employment opportunities. Brighter Beginnings Learning Center was built on the premise and continues to follow the philosophy of providing quality childcare services at an affordable cost to parents. We believe that keeping child care costs affordable translates to stability for your child(ren) and peace of mind to parents. In 1999 BBLC began its roots within the home of the owners. (Harford County) We were licensed to provide child care services to the maximum allowed number of eight (8) children.
We quickly grew and began the search for a facility within the Aberdeen community. In 2003, Brighter Beginnings Learning Center leased its first commercial space after establishing a solid foundation within the community and serving hundreds of families. We continued to evaluate our business plan while maintaining the philosophy of providing quality and affordable childcare. We relocated in 2011 to our current address of 401 Market Street Suites 400-500 which is located within the residential community of Aberdeen, Md. in order to continue providing a child friendly and family oriented environment. In April, 2012 we will be expanding our services to provide additional quality and affordable child care services within our new learning center environment. Brighter Beginning Child Care will move into Suite 300 in order to expand our Pre-School program. Spaces are limited therefore we suggest that you schedule a tour soon.
We are excited about our new expansion and thankful to the Harford County community for continuing to welcome us after 13 years of service.

Our goal is to provide the best possible service at an affordable cost all within the confines of a loving and caring environment.
Our Learning Center is your child’s second home therefore, we created an environment that will allow for each child’s physical, social, educational and emotional needs on a daily basis. Each day is designed with enriching educational activities, creative and exciting learning experiences as well as providing transportation to school, and nutritional meals and snacks.
Brighter Beginnings Learning Center’s goals are to allow each child a learning experience that will prepare them for a life time of future educational advancements and self-confidence.
