We believe in providing a comprehensive Christian child
development program which facilitates the maximum possible growth and
development of each child socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually,
and intellectually.
We believe that young children learn best when the opportunity to
learn is provided in a supportive, relaxed atmosphere where individuality
is encouraged within the bounds of the group.
We believe that learning takes place best where those learning
experiences are relevant to the childs everyday life and environment.
We believe it is equally important for children to develop desirable
personal and social values, to exercise reason and to develop the ability to
choose and make decisions.
We believe that within the interpersonal relationships of the CEE
children should be encouraged to develop positive self-concepts.
We believe that we are compelled by our devotion to Jesus Christ to
provide for each child a growing awareness and understanding of
Christian principles as found in Biblical truths presented in age
appropriate stories and activities.
We believe that children need a physical development program
designed to encourage physical fitness, coordination, cooperation, skill
development and sound nutritional practices.
We believe that the healthy development of children requires a
mutual respect between the CEE and parents. Open communication and
parent participation are encouraged. This can best be accomplished by
scheduled appointments when concerns occur and at regular Parent/
Teacher conference.
We believe in the value of Faculty/Parent team building gatherings
to encourage and promote parental involvement in their childrens
learning process.
We believe that school and home must work together for the
common interest and well being for the child within the structure of the
community and family.
