Cafaro Head Start

The TCAP Head Start program provides high quality early childhood education throughout Trumbull County. Along with early childhood education TCAP also offers transportation health nutrition and services to children with special needs. We encourage parent involvement in your child’s education. The program supports each family’s developmental cultural and linguistic characteristics.
