We are a year round preschool and daycare ministry of First Baptist Church Clovis. Bright Beginnings Learning Center began in 1981 as a morning kindergarten readiness program and went to a full day care in 1985. In 1991 we became members of the Association of Christian Schools International (A.C.S.I.). Our most recent accomplishment was to receive accreditation from the A.C.S.I. in 2000.
Age: 2 thru 6 (potty trained) years old. 6-9 year olds for before & after school care and summer care.
Ratio: We maintain a student/teacher ratio of 1:10 children in our Pre K classes a 1:8 ratio in our 3 years old class and a 1:14 ratio in our grade school class. These ratios reflect our enrichment times.
Teachers: Our teachers are practicing Christians from various denominations. Our school takes pride in a low teacher turn over rate. The average length of employment is 7 years.
