Our curriculum is designed to meet the individual needs of each child. We will draw from many resources that promote our preschools purpose and goals. Our curriculum is developed to include stories, free play, shared and conversation time, creative art activities and crafts, food preparation and science and nature activities. Each child is exposed to age-appropriate activities to learn phonological awareness/reading readiness, letters, colors, numbers and social interaction.
Our preschool classrooms are designed to provide many experiences through play. You will find a variety of learning areas which include: art, music, housekeeping, science/nature, math/manipulative and reading. Our children will have access to various learning tools such as a computer, puzzles, age-appropriate games, playground, books, etc.
Every child is lovingly guided through the new learning experiences and praised for his or her accomplishments. Since we are a church related school, we are providing a Christian curriculum with our program. We have Bible Stories and correlate some of our unit discussions with biblical concepts.
