Bethany YMCA Before & After

With a focus on safety, health, social growth and academic enhancement, Y afterschool programs serve kindergartners through middle schoolers with a variety of programmatic and activity options to explore and develop their interests and talents.
The BETHANY YMCA offers a unique afterschool program at Council Grove Elementary, Greenvale Elementary, John Glenn Elementary and Winds West Elementary school in the Western Heights School District. Students in first through fourth grades are eligible for this program and must be selected by the principals at each school.
This afterschool program is a tutor-based program targeting students who need to improve their overall achievement test scores. Students attending this afterschool program may avoid summer school if they successfully complete the afterschool series.
