Hello families I have extensive experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds, which has taught me the importance of inclusivity and cultural sensitivity. Throughout my life, I have consistently taken on roles that involve caring for children’s needs. My experience includes working at after-school programs during high school, babysitting, and i currently work at a child care center! I also served as a student ambassador at an on-campus women’s center, where I supported student parents and assisted in the nursery. My academic background in Womens and Gender Studies, coupled with my focus on womens and childrens rights, has underscored the critical importance of quality childcare. I am passionate about working with children and see this as a wonderful opportunity to begin a lifelong journey in this field.

I am deeply committed to being a positive role model for children. I have always aspired to be the person I needed during my own childhood, and through healing and self-growth, I have become that person. My love for children has taught me invaluable lessons about life, including the importance of embracing a childlike sense of wonder. Despite a challenging childhood, I have learned from my experiences and am now dedicated to applying those lessons to support and nurture children.

I am supportive, compassionate, patient, and understanding. My gentle and nurturing nature helps create a peaceful and vibrant environment where children can thrive. I also have a creative side that I express through various hobbies, including yoga, meditation, hiking, traveling, road trips, dancing, arts and crafts, and video creation. I love anything that puts me in my creative flow! In my babysitting experience, I’ve effectively managed cooking, cleaning, and running errands. I prioritize preparing nutritious meals and maintaining a tidy environment while ensuring the child’s safety and well-being.
