I have worked in numerous positions (educator, babysitter, tutor, receptionist/telemarketer and presenter) that have enabled many of my skills including that of great communication/interactions, professionalism, flexibility, patience, encouragement and innovation. As an educator (Teacher Assistant), I help reinforce material to all children, enforce school/class rules to promote proper conduct of all students, prepare and set up materials, supervise, and provide emotional/physical support to all students (pre-k). I have to be flexible, patience and encouraging with my students, teacher and respective coworkers. I have also worked with children through babysitting. For about 10 years, I have been able to provide great service to children (toddlers and older). I provide a safe and engaging environment. I am able to follow any routines/ chores/ schedules that are given to me plus add my own interactive activities for the children. And lastly as a Spanish mentor/ tutor, I work with kids in giving them proper Spanish lessons depending on their age and experience with the language. I am creative, innovative and fun in all my tutoring experiences. I encourage critical thinking and ensure that all of my students’ knowledge is challenged.

I am also part of a philanthropy at the University of Maryland (College Park) in which we prioritize a healthy and fit lifestyle. Were educated on proper exercise/gym schedules and procedures, food and balance. This organization has allowed all of us to promote and provide a supportive community in making fitness fun and attainable.
