I’ve worked as a mental health counselor for children and adolescents and love working with children because they are honest, unpredictable, and are the future of our world. I’ve had experience babysitting for private families since High School and have had experience helping children (7-18) learn to manage and understand depression and anxiety disorders. One unique aspect about me is that I’ve handled distress many times in my experience, and I can help model healthy conflict resolution and emotion regulation.
