Im a college student at Drexel University in Philadelphia, originally from Connecticut, with a passion for caretaking and nurturing young minds. I am just coming off an internship at Comcast, and Im in my third year at Drexel studying Computer Science and Mathematics.

I used to babysit my moms friends children on their date nights back in high school, for 4 years. I have also worked as a lifeguard, camp counselor, and swim instructor for the YMCA with children ages 2-12, for 3 years. Now, I work as a teaching assistant and tutor for the computer science department at my school.

These hours spent being solely responsible for children and young adults have taught me:

1. How to be acutely aware of a variety of childrens needs, and
2. How to go the extra mile and be apart of a childs development, whether it be academically, recreationally, or emotionally.

While I can work with, and have worked with, children of all backgrounds and demographics, I am connect especially well with boys. I played sports my entire life (football, wrestling, soccer, basketball), and I have a little brother that I helped raise. I also specialize in children with developmental or emotional struggles, having accommodated for children on the spectrum and with learning disabilities for both tutoring and swim instructing. That said, I like to say that Ive seen it all.

I can do meal prep, tutoring, and sleep strategies. I am CPR, AED, First Aid, and lifeguard certified. My availability varies, but I am available most weekday evenings and weekday days. Excited to get working!
