Hello, my name is Zoe and I am a college student, currently on a track to get my early childhood teaching certification. However, with all of my classes being online, I’m considering taking a semester off to be a full time nanny for a family that needs that extra help in a time like this!

I have worked with kids ages 1-13 since I was probably 12 years old and intend to work with children for the rest of my life! I have immense levels of patience and am happy to do anything from cooking to cleaning to changing diapers to tutoring! I have done it all before!

Past employers have described me as energetic, accommodating and “someone their kids hate to say goodbye to”. I have been babysitting for 7 years and have grown up with lots of children in my family. I have never been a full time nanny, however it is a challenge I would feel lucky to take on! I am so openminded and a very quick learner, so anything I am unsure of now, I would gladly educate myself on before starting a position. I am currently not CPR certified but, again, would gladly get certified!

A few more personal details about myself…I love to read, always have since I was a child and I think reading is one of the most important parts of childhood development. I am originally from upstate NY, but grew up traveling all over the world and spent most of my life living in Asia. I moved back to NY for college 2 years ago and will be living in Washington Heights. I am happy to commute for a job, as long as it is within reason.

Well, I don’t want to go on too long but I am eager to see what is out there and possibly and hopefully find a family who thinks I would be a good fit!
