Hi! My name is Zoe, and I’m a second-year student studying at New York University. I love being a sitter for so many reasons - for starters, I’ve grown up with two younger siblings and have been able to watch them grow from newborns to talking, walking humans. I’ve been changing diapers for as long as I can remember and, more recently, giving boy advice to my middle school-aged sister. Besides my experience with my siblings, I’ve worked for years as a camp counselor back in my hometown of Burlington, Vermont, where I’ve been exposed to kids aged 5-13. I’ve also consistently babysat throughout high school for numerous families (and would love to provide references if needed)!
I don’t just babysit to, well, babysit; I babysit because I genuinely love it. Since I’ve been in New York, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work with a family here, which has only further confirmed my appreciation and tenderness toward children. Maybe it’s because I miss my siblings, or maybe it’s just because I just love kids in general, but I truly enjoy every second of babysitting I experience—-and I’d love to continue doing so here in New York.
