Having started out as a mother’s helper at age 10, I’ve continued my journey of babysitting/nannying for the last 14 years. I have had experience watching children of all age groups, and also have experience in babysitting a child with autism.
I babysat all throughout high school and college, and also nannied for a family in Princeton, NJ for two years during college. Now that I have just moved to NYC, I am looking to find a set nannying position.
I’ve always enjoyed caring for children because the level of responsibility has taught me valuable lessons that I take not only through babysitting jobs, but through life.
I come from a loving family and when I babysit and nanny for a longer period of time, that family becomes my family too. I love being able to watch the children learn + grow, and for me to have a part in helping those moments.
I’m good at this job because I care. And I support the children no matter what is going on. Whether it’s help with homework, advice on friendships or questions as to why the sky is blue – I am here to be a friend and mentor to your child.
