Im a recent college graduate from Baruch College, I earned a degree in psychology which has deepened my understanding of child development and emotional well being in behavioral management. I have four years almost 5 of child care experience having a background in so many different fields my most recent being a paraprofessional under the department of education which means Im fingerprinted and have had extensive background checks. As a paraprofessional Ive worked one to one with students who struggle both academically and behaviorally as well as working with children with special needs. I also have a background as a camp counselor which entailed creating lessons plans that cater to a childs need of both play time as well as a learning experience. Im extremely flexible having to work under many different circumstances and environments one picks up fast on how to adapt and adjust! Im skilled in meal prep, planning and conducting creative activities, working alongside pets, diaper changing. Im a patient, adaptable individual who enjoys being creative and energetic having many younger cousins running around you learn to juggle being both the adult but also being fun! Im excited for the next baby sitting opportunity !
