I recently finished my MFA in Fiction at Columbia, and I am a writer with a flexible schedule who can babysit or nanny all hours of the day. I live in the Village and I can do school drop-offs and/or pick-ups, homework help, tidying/cleaning, laundry, etc. I am the eldest of 17 cousins who I grew up with in Chicago, many of whom I babysat regularly when they were between the ages of 6 months to 12 years old. I have experience with autistic children and I am comfortable with all kinds of personalities. I am best with babies and young children. I am comfortable with pets (love them!) and can do meal prep, diaper changes, walks, park visits, creative activities and games at home, etc. (Your child wont be plopped in front of a TV. Personally, I dislike screens and rarely am on my phone unless its necessary. I wouldnt want my kid stuck to a screen, so I wont have yours doing so either.)
