Hi, my name is Rachel and I have been working with kids for over seven years! I have worked at elementary schools, day camps, sleep away camps, and been both a babysitter and a nanny for many families. Having so much prior experiences has also allowed me to work with a diverse array of children including those with mental and physical disabilities. I have learned to adjust to my style of working with child to fit the needs of both the child and the family. Beyond my work with children, I also have a degree in communication. I have studied the ways in which to communicate effectually with children and understand that what they say and what they mean might be two very different things.
