Hi, Im Meara! Im a responsible, creative, and caring young woman with experience balancing school, work, and leadership roles. I am a sophomore in college studying Behavioral Neuroscience on the pre-med track. Ive also maintained a job for the past 4 years working front-of-house in restaurants, which taught me patience, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure. I learned how to organize, communicate, and support others skills that carry over directly into childcare.

When babysitting, I love engaging kids with imaginative activities, games, or reading time, and I always make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I dont believe in just putting children in front of a screen instead, I focus on real-life activities like outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, reading, and hands-on learning.

Along with childcare, Im happy to support families with homework help, housekeeping, laundry, errands, meal prep, and even pet care. As a high honors student with strong tutoring experience, I enjoy helping kids of all ages, from elementary to teens, with schoolwork and encouraging them to feel confident in their learning. Im also reliable with school pick-ups and taking children to practices or extracurricular activities.
