I have always loved working with children. I think they are so incredibly special and so much smarter than adults give them credit for. I have babysat younger family members, ages 2 through 11, for many years. I have also worked as a behavioral health technician alongside a licensed therapist to provide care to children under the spectrum. I have had experience with children that were nonverbal, diagnosed with autism and ADHD. I love to incorporate the child’s likes into my care and ensure that I am always providing a nurturing and creative environment they can feel at ease in.
