Hi! My name is Kelly, and I was a babysitter all through high school and college for a few families in my hometown, as well as for my own family. My brother is now 11, and my sister 13, and I miss working with little ones now that they’re all grown up.

Much of my babysitting experience is with kids age 2-11, but I love kids and can get a smile out of anyone. I’m energetic, fun-loving, organized, and responsible. Being an assistant full-time at a literary agency, I know the importance of staying on top of someone else’s commitments and taking marching orders.

Two of my passions are drawing and painting, so one of my favorite things to do with kids is (mess-free) arts and crafts. Also, since my full-time job is working with books, I of course love to read! Storytelling time, bedtime reading, and writing will definitely be on my babysitting itinerary, so if your child loves to read or is an aspiring author, painter, or just has a creative personality, I’m the sitter for you!

Education-wise, I studied at Amherst College in Massachusetts with a major in English, and attended public high school. I tutored quite a bit during high school and college, so I’m also adept in helping with homework, SAT prep, anything you got!
