Hi! Im Katie. Ive spent several years working in a preschool that also offered after-school care for older kids, so Ive had the chance to work with children from toddlers up through middle school. I also come from a big family, so being around kids has always just felt natural to me.

Im someone who likes to stay active and engagedwhether thats getting outside, doing creative projects, or finding small ways to make everyday moments fun. I especially love teaching kids about nature, answering all their why? questions, and encouraging curiosity. I also really enjoy cooking, so Im always happy to help with meals or snacks.

Im very mindful of childrens safety and surroundings, and I always make it a priority to create a space where kids can explore and have fun while staying safe.

I take the time to understand what each child needs, and I always try to meet them where they are.
