I want to report this nanny. Her name is Jolaine Marrero. She was providing her services for a period of one year. One day she never showed up to pick up my daughter from school. She never answered the phone and blocked me and my husband. We got a call from the school that no one came to pick up the child. Apparently this nanny decided to quit without notifying us. This is a very delicate matter since it is about the safety of a minor child whom she left abandoned. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
