Hello! My name is Ishika Bhatia, and caring for children has always been more than a job, its a deep passion rooted in compassion, patience, and purpose. I recently graduated with a Master of Science degree from LIM College, where I proudly maintained a 3.9 GPA while dedicating much of my time to working with children of all ages and needs.

I bring extensive experience as a head teacher at a prestigious academy in South Korea, where I worked with children aged 1 to 15, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism. My role involved building trust, tailoring learning methods, and making every child feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Over the past four summers, I have also volunteered at care homes and institutions for both children and adults on the autism spectrum. These deeply meaningful experiences shaped my ability to create calm, structured, and nurturing environments for every child.

In addition, Ive worked at a daycare center, where I cared for young toddlers and designed mind-stimulating activities and playful routines that helped them learn, grow, and have fun all at once.

I am also trilingual, fluent in English, Korean, and Hindi, which has helped me connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds with ease and warmth.

Currently based in Midtown Manhattan, I live right in the center hub, making me highly accessible to all locations across the city. I also offer a flexible schedule and can be available at the beck and call of parents, whether its for regular care or last-minute needs.

Working with children is not just something Im qualified to doits something I truly love. I would be honored to bring my care, creativity, and commitment to your family.
