Hello! My name is Isabella, and Im passionate about supporting childrens growth and development in a caring, fun environment. I hold a B.S. in Communicative Sciences & Disorders from NYU (with a minor in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies) and Im currently pursuing my RBT certification to provide 1:1 therapy for children with special needs.

Ive worked as a Behavior Technician, helping children on the autism spectrum build communication, social, and daily living skills. Through that experience, Ive learned how to create engaging activities, manage challenging behaviors, and keep kids motivated with positive reinforcement. I also have a background in event planning and organizing childrens classes, which lets me bring plenty of creativity and structure to each babysitting session.

I love being a sitter because it gives me the opportunity to nurture each childs unique personality and watch them learn new things every day. Im especially comfortable providing special needs support and understand how to adapt routines to meet individual needs. Whether its homework help, arts and crafts, or a fun outing, Im committed to ensuring that children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

Because I work late afternoons as a BT, Im typically available for morning or midday childcare on weekdays, plus certain weekend hours by arrangement.
