I love being a sitter because I love to create a fun relationship with kids that makes them feel like they are with a friend rather than a nanny. However that does not mean I wont still keep them accountable to any rules that may be implemented by their parent(s). I have two younger siblings that are 12 and 2, and so I have grown up watching and assisting taking care of them! I helped at the daycare at my high school which held kids from 4-6. And lastly I have babysat multiple children with once being a permanent babysitter.
