Hi there! My name is Grace Lord and I am a high-energy and compassionate babysitter from Westport, CT completing my first year of college at New York University. As a social work student, my focus is on child development and emotional co-regulation. Eventually, I would love to work in child advocacy law. I spent two years babysitting for a bright family of three back home (ages 2, 4, and 5), one of which had Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have experience with working with many different kinds of children, from the ball-of-energy boy to the quiet, sensitive kiddo. I also have two adorable step brothers (ages 4 and 6) who I look after often.
