Hey! My name is Gem, short for Gemma. I have worked with kids since I was in high school, and have loved the experience. During my college summers, I worked at a preschool. I also have been a private nanny in more recent years, mainly working with one family.

I just graduated college from NYU with a degree in music composition. Music is something I like incorporating into my work with kids (if they have any interest). I’ve also taught guitar and piano to children of all ages as well.

I pride myself on being a great communicator, both with parents and children. I have a lot of energy and can keep up great with active kids. But most of all, I can meet any kid exactly where they are at, and what they need.
