Hello! My name is Ella, I’m 19, and working with kids is one of my greatest passions! I love getting to build meaningful relationships with children that will end up giving them long-lasting memories. I’ve spent 4 summers now working at a sleepaway summer camp, meaning that I am the guardian of 10-12 children at once ranging from the ages of 7-15. During my time as a counselor, I learned just how important it is to make sure that children feel comfortable being themselves under my supervision. I strongly believe that it is an equal playing ground when it comes to earning respect and trust. It’s a priority of mine to make sure that I earn your child’s respect, just as much as they earn mine! I strive to help kids break out of their shells and explore new and exciting hobbies that will not only keep them engaged but also educate them.
