I have plenty of experience babysitting and mentoring elementary and middle school aged children, and I absolutely love it! Im grown up and responsible now, but I love engaging any part of my imagination, just being involved with kids, and helping them learn new things. I think its both challenging and rewarding.

Im 19, I was always a tomboy that enjoyed sports and video games as a kid, but grew into my femininity as I got older and became well balanced in that sense. Because of my love for basketball, my youth basketball coach allowed me to become an integral part of her NYC-based organization Ladies Who Hoop. Working with her closely since I was 13, Ive gained experience mentoring children, as well as coaching them in sports, helping them with school, and organizing different activities and events. I even spearheaded a program called Girl Talk, where the team gets together on a day there isnt practice or an event, and talks about their goals and how they can exceed the societal stereotypes of women, etc.

Ive also had experience babysitting younger family members for practically my whole life. I also have 2 french bulldogs and have worked in dog day cares, so I have plenty of experience caring for pets as well.
