Hi, my name is Annette :) I am a sophomore college student at The New School, Parsons School of Design. I am studying in the Integrated Design major. I like to paint, hang out with my friends, visit art museums, and make flower bouquets in my free time. And I love fashion and cats.
My dream to become an artist actually started because of my babysitter back when I was babysat. If she hadn’t shown me how to draw an octopus that one day back in preschool, I wouldn’t have discovered my blazing interest in art. As someone who’s grown up with a full-time babysitter and working parents, I know how important a babysitter’s influence can be, and I hope I can be that caretaker for your kids! ;))
I have been babysitting my 5 year old baby cousin every weekend for about 4 months now. In high school, I was in a leadership program which included a
3-month long volunteer event of teaching art to the neighboring elementary school students. The feeling of being looked up to by a little kid is unexplainably wholesome, and I believe babysitting is the right job I should be looking for :)
