Hi! My name is Anna, and I’m a junior at NYU. I grew up an only child, but I never felt like I lacked siblings. I started babysitting my neighbors when I was 12, and I’ve watched them go from 4 year olds to teenagers. I’ve also been a camp counselor for multiple summers, and I still fondly remember those times. I’d like to say that I’ve seen and dealt with anything a given child can throw at me, but I’m always ready to be proven wrong.
Some of my strengths as a babysitter are my ability to plan fun activities that keep kids of any age engaged, happy, and safe. I’ve gotten hyper 8 year olds to try meditating, and 12 year olds asking me to give them more math quizzes (wild, I know). I always try to be patient, kind, and fun, but my number one concern will always be the happiness and safety of your child.
