Hi! My name is Abi Dabu and I am a Freshman Undergraduate student at Pratt Institute looking to make some money to help pay my tuition.
I was born and have lived in Manhattan my whole life, and now currently live at the Pratt campus. While I don’t drive, I can easily navigate the subway system if needed, and know plenty of kid friendly places.
My major is in fine arts painting if your child is artistically inclined, but I also completed the International Baccalaureate Program in high school. In terms of homework help, I especially succeed in English, but may also assist with math and science up until middle grades.
I have babysat for my cousins’ children more times than I can count, and work best with children 4 and up. I have an older sister with special needs, which has helped aid in my exceptional patience and communication skills.
I love working with kids because they keep us young and inspired. I believe that nothing helps us understand the world better than seeing through the eyes of a child.
