Hi, my name is Patricia Jarrett. Im currently a graduate student at Brooklyn College, pursuing my masters degree in Early Childhood Education, with an anticipated graduation date in 2026. Im passionate about supporting young children as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them. Through my studies, Ive developed a strong foundation in child development, learning through play, and early literacy strategies that help build confidence and skills in young learners.
I love being a sitter because it allows me to form meaningful connections with children and support their growth in a safe, caring environment. I have experience working with children aged 2-12 in classroom settings, as a babysitter, and as a reading tutor, helping young students strengthen their phonics, fluency, and comprehension skills. Im also training in CPR and first aid. I bring patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude to every family I work with, and I strive to make each child feel happy, supported, and secure.
