Hello! My name is Keisha and I am a Junior at Rutgers NB majoring in Public Health. I currently work at the Rutgers Psychology Child and Development Center (RUPCDC) with a group of 14 children ages 1-3. I have been working there since my freshman year and I enjoy it so much. Before that, during my senior year in high school I worked with a group of 8 children ages 4-8 and I loved that so much as well. I love being a sitter because I enjoy working with children so much. I enjoy being able to watch them grow and develop into their own personalities. Ive been working with children ages 1-8 for over 3 years but Im more experienced with children ages 1-5.

I am very patient, I am a great communicator, good with time management, first aid and CPR certified, have been vaccinated for Covid 19. I am skilled in changing diapers, potty training, general house cleaning and keeping, sanitizing toys, washing dishes, art & crafts, music together, story times (reading children books), writing daily reports, preparing meals and snack, and putting children to sleep during nap time. My most important skill and what means the most to me is building strong connections with children and making them feel safe and comfortable. I love seeing all of their personalities and how they grow and develop every step of the way!
