Hello! My name is Ben, and I have a strong passion for working with children of all ages. Over the years, Ive gained valuable experience through several roles that have helped me build patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Ive worked as a substitute teacher, where I supported classrooms, adapted quickly to different age groups, and maintained a safe, structured environment. I also have experience in after-school programs, helping students with homework, leading activities, and encouraging positive social interaction. In addition, I began my childcare journey in high school as a nanny, which gave me hands-on experience caring for children in a home setting, balancing both fun and responsibility.

I am reliable, attentive, and hardworking, and I always strive to create a caring environment where kids feel safe, engaged, and happy. Whether its helping with schoolwork, organizing activities, or simply being a supportive presence, I approach every childcare role with honesty, integrity, and dedication.

I just recently moved to the are to be an auditioning actor as well. While that is my dream, I am incredibly passionate about childcare and making sure that any kid I have in my care is healthy, safe, and happy!
