For the past five years, my career has focused on various avenues of childcare. I have worked as a daycare worker, in after-school care services and night time child minding roles. When I completed school, it was clear to me that taking care of children was what I wanted to do – not just because of previous experience but also due to my passion for caring about them. Nothing warms my heart more than hearing baby talk or seeing their smiles and pureness within themselves. The job brings with it different emotions; moments where they are cuddled up giving warm hugs and kisses contrasted against times when they may be screaming or crying out loud. Regardless, working with children is an enjoyable experience overall!
