Hi Im Imani! I am 19 years old . Im from Hartford CT. Ive always been a natural nurturer. Kids have always been a safe space for me to find peace . Getting to watch a child grow and learn new aspects of life is something I enjoy watching and experiencing. Within due time when I build my own family , spending time with children rather their family member or friends children . It genuinely brings me joy to care for something so precious so its something I look forward too in life . Its the most important thing to me for to help parents feel very trusted with their children or child in my care . Never feel like they will regret their decision of choosing me to be the one they trust with their childs safety and daily well being . Im a very calm individual, very patient . I love to learn new things and get to know new people . I love to spread positivity and make anyone around me feel comfortable . Im not a loud person . Respectful of those around me and my environment. Very organized and love to have a clean environment around me . Cleaning and organizing things brings me peace as well . Nothings better then feeling clean and comfortable. Im also communicative . Any situation that occurs or even good news will be reported back to the parents . I feel parents feel most comfortable knowing everything that goes on rather their around or not . Brings peace of mind in my opinion . Ive worked with kids previously from the ages 2-7 but growing up in a larger family , Ive helped a lot of family members when it came to taking care of their children of different ages when they may have needed someone to be there . Id love to have a positive relationship with the parent or parents as well . Taking care of children isnt just a job to me . I would love to show up and we all could talk and greet each other like close friends . Like someone you know you could trust with your childs life is simply coming over to spend time with them . As well as giving you time to get things done you may havent got too because youve been busy and the parent like catches up to you . My mom was a single parent growing up , so Ive watched how life as a parent could get overwhelming, especially doing it on your own at times . So its perfectly healthy for you to take time for yourself and do what you have to do for the day or night . Just know you child is always safe with me , just have fun and be safe on your travels and youll come back with no worries !
