I believe my love for childcare stems from my youth. I am the oldest of 7 and was oftentimes dependent on taking care of them from a young age. I have worked with Pre-K as an intern and was told by the head principal that the teacher I was paired with admitted to feeling a bit jealous how well I was doing with the children. Later on after my Internship ended, I had to move and when I moved I was working at a daycare with infants. Had the company been a bit better I would have definitely stayed there. I lived working with the children and helping them reach milestones. Now at the house I am living at there are two twin newborns who I oftentimes watch and take care of. I just love working with the youth and helping children make accomplishments. I am a firm believer in every child should have a voice and I have been in many situations where I have advocated for those younger than me. I look forward to helping the families that I can!
