I absolutely love contributing to a child’s growth and happiness. Seeing a child thrive, whether by finally understanding a homework problem, enjoying a meal I have prepared, or simply waking up refreshed for school, brings me immerse joy. I believe in creating a nursing and structured environment where children feel secure, loved and encouraged to be their best selves. For me caregiving is more than just supervision; it is about making a positive, lasting impact. My caregiving journey spans the entire age range from 4 months old infants up to 18 years old teens, giving me the confidence to handle any stage. For years, I have served as a Sunday School Teacher, a role that not only involves teaching and nurturing but also planning and executing engaging church events, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations. This experience has honed my skills in organization and group management. In addition to my work at church, I provide comprehensive, routine care for my mentor’s 9 year old son. I manage his schedule completely when his parents travel, handing everything from homework help and meal preparation including packing his lunch bag, to maintaining a consistent sleep schedule so he’s ready for school. I have even provided tender sick care, once using a heated pad to comfort him and making him a soothing cup of tea. On a personal level, I have a lifetime of experience, having cared fro my sister since she was a baby. In addition, I completed a CPR training from my college years, ensuring prepared to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. I am not just a sitter, I strive to be a reliable, encouraging presence who brings peace of mind to parents and joy to the children I care for. My schedule is flexible
